Ms Christina Yu, MMus, GradDip Tch
Christina has been teaching violin at Baradene since 2013. She also teaches at St Peter's College. Christina is involved with teaching in the Year 7 & 8 junior music programme and students of all year levels at Baradene.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Music, majoring in Violin Performance, an Honour’s Degree in Music, majoring in Violin Performance, and a Bachelor of Music, majoring in Violin Performance, all from the University of Auckland. Christina graduated with a Graduate Teaching Diploma in Secondary School in 2012 also from the University of Auckland.
Ms Mercedes Trinchero, BA(Hons), DipMus, LRIAM
Mercedes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from the Royal Irish Academy of Music in Dublin, Ireland. She also holds a teaching Diploma from ABRSM, a Diploma in Music Teaching and Performance and a Licenciate Diploma from the RIAM.
Mercedes has been teaching violin and viola for over 12 years, she is a dynamic teacher who aims to guide all students to develop their full potential. Sharing and passing on her love of music is her passion.
