Mr Ben Wilson
Ben is a classically trained musician specialising in jazz and rock guitar, with more than 30 years' playing experience. Throughout the last two decades he has been an active performer playing countless corporate events, concerts, and weddings and has had the privilege of sharing the stage with a fine selection of local and international artists.
Ben has a quarter century of experience as a music educator, band director, arranger, and guitar instructor guiding students successfully through NCEA assessments, concerts and external grade exams. As an educator he draws on his broad experience to assist students in learning a wide range of styles and techniques in addition to developing their song writing, improvising, theory and transcribing skills. Beginners are most welcome.
